Overnight Oats

Servings: 1 Prep time: 5 min Waiting time: 2 - 8 hours

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup milk (plant based)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract in a jar, stir, close the jar, and refrigerate the oats for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Add toppings of choice, for example, 1/2 banana with peanut butter or mango with almond. Mixed berries, strawberries, or apples are great options as well.

* Make up to 3 jars and have your breakfast prepped fo the next following days!
