Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup greek yoghurt
1/2 cup milk (plant based)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Add the oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract in a jar, stir, close the jar, and refrigerate the oats for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Add toppings of choice, for example, 1/2 banana with peanut butter or mango with almond. Mixed berries, strawberries, or apples are great options as well.
* Make up to 3 jars and have your breakfast prepped fo the next following days!
