Banana Pancakes

An easy and healthy 3-ingredient recipe. Great option for breakfast or in the afternoon.

Ingredients (makes 3 - 4 pancakes)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup oats

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth mix.

  3. Add a tbsp of oil to pan. Add mix to hot pan and cook until golden brown on the bottom.

  4. Flip and cook for another minute or 2.

  5. Enjoy!
