Banana Pancakes
An easy and healthy 3-ingredient recipe. Great option for breakfast or in the afternoon.
Ingredients (makes 3 - 4 pancakes)
2 eggs
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth mix.
Add a tbsp of oil to pan. Add mix to hot pan and cook until golden brown on the bottom.
Flip and cook for another minute or 2.
Enjoy!
