Chocolate Coconut Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 100gr pitted medjool dates (about 12 dates)

  • 50gr of almonds

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder (100%, unsweetened)

  • 50gr grated coconut (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Combine dates, nuts, cacao and about half of the grated coconut in a food processor and pulls or mix until ingredients are combined.

  2. Transfer the mix to a bowl and take a small handful to roll into bite sized balls. Use the warmth of your hands to mold them together.

  3. Transfer ball into a bowl with left over grated coconut. Roll in the coconut until ball is fully covered in coconut.

  4. Repeat and make about 12 energy balls.

  5. Enjoy!
