Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

  • 800 gram watermelon (roughly 1/4 watermelon)

  • Handful fresh mint leaves

  • 1 red onion

  • 100 grams arugula

  • 50 gram feta cheese

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the watermelon in blocks, chop the mint, and slice the red onion finely in halves.

  2. Mix the watermelon, mint, red onion, arugula and olive oil in a large bowl.

  3. Add the crumbled feta to the bowl and add some pepper to taste.

  4. Enjoy your salad.
