As dietitians, we recommended avoiding processed foods and mainly choosing fresh and natural products. However, we are presented with supermarkets filled with packaged and (ultra-processed) products. How are we to know which products are considered to be healthy without spending hours trying to figure out the complicated Nutritional Labels? Below we have compiled some of our favorite products which can be found in supermarkets in Aruba.
